bumps in the head which sometimes vanish and sometimes it looks a bit big ... what is it?

Could be due to heat in the body or maybe some allergy infection is there you’ll have to have an assessment with your doctor I would recommend you to visit a dermatologist as they will be able to tell you exactly what is the issue what is the situation and how do you need to treat on that basis itself
