Brown pigments appering on neck and under the feet of my 6 years old son. consulted with dermatology 2 weeks before . advised to apply ointment on affected area. . the old pigments faded away. but new pigments geta appear near to old spots. image attached

No I am unable to see any image that you attached to the query I can only tell you I think it is some infection which is spreading through the dermatologist is unable to help you as of now you please consult a homeopathic doctor get it checked and go for a medicine which is going to just finish this infection from the root itself
