A. needs ultrasound surely. see regular workout is important. start slow and don't over do. walk, swimming, gym all are effective but consistently doing is the key to lose weight. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.
