ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist49 mins agoA. dear mum , if baby is passing urine 6-8 time in 24 hr is active , alert gain proper wt then supply is good as baby grows body adjusts production according to intake by baby that does not mean supply is less more u breastfeed more is supply so exclusive breastfeed on demand

The more baby takes in your breast milk directly, the better will be the supplies. Reduce your stress level. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation specialist for further assistance
