Other times, it can be a sign of an underlying infection or medical condition that can cause mucus in stool, including infections, allergies.. etc

No need to worry
Maintain hydration
Give adequate feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs regularly it also help baby to make muscle stronger and to reduce gas and constipation
