Breastfeeding mom of 10 months old.should I take vitamin d3 60k supplement?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. this supplement is given only after medical consultation so if it has been given by the doctor for vitamin d supplements then yes you can take this medicine and there should not be any problem in giving breastfeeding also

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. mostly calcium multivitamin as well as zinc ie given by gynecologist after delivery to be consumed by mothers for a period of around three months I would request you to take all supplements as prescribed
