Breastfeeding mom eating little beetroot cause red poop

Beetroot is actually very tricky with that you can have a pink colour urine and motion also but just to be on the safer I don’t have beetroot for a while and see your motion colour becomes normal and if it is normal that means it was because of only beetroot only me that’s the best way to check
