2.Drink 3 to 4 litres of water.
3.Eat green leafy veggies like Spinach,Dill leaves and black night shade leaves ( Kashi soppu in kannada weekly once) which increases lactation.
4.Avoid green chillies,spicy foods.
5.If you are non vegetarian, have Chicken and goat meat,have eggs also.
