Q.

breast milk is not enough for my baby so i introduce formula milk for my 93 days old baby... but formula milk is not affordable for my financial situation... what's your suggestion about it?

A. Are you sure that the breastmilk is not sufficient? You can try cluster pumping to improve the milk supply and also take high-protein diet. If the formula milk is not sufficient then giving a highly diluted cow milk can be done but it might have an effect on babies kidneys and to know how much to dilute you need to consult a doctorWrite Your Answer Here

Hi Mommy Take a good care of your baby Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holdimg your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
