A. Hey Mommy for low milk supply try to have nutritious food like dry fruits roasted in Desi ghee. Some veggies like sweet potatoes also boosts supply. Moreover you can also consult the doctor for the issue. He will provide you with some ayurvedic powders to add with milk and have which will increase the supply. Please don't worry of none of it works you can always opt for formula milk. Choose one that has components that are closest to mother 's milk and also includes Prebiotics HMO's and DHA. All this is really beneficial for babies as it provides complete nutrition, builds up their bone health and boosts immunity. Aptamil Gold formula milk is enriched with all of it and so much more which makes it the first choice for mother's. Doctor's too recommend it as it helps babies with colic issues and makes their gut system healthy. Baby's are provided with all required essential nutrients which results in good health and stronger immunity.

A. yes you can go for formula milk consumption for your child after medical consultation with your dr. you can go for any brand which is easily digestible by the child but if the child is not able to digest and has colic pain vomiting and loose motion or constipation due to a particular formula milk it is advisable to change the brand. also if one brand is going on it is advisable to continue the same brand and do not switch to different brands again and again because many times it can lead to digestion problem. so if a particular brand is well digested kindly continue that particular brand of formula milk f you have to follow demand feeding that is if the child demands moreg milk you can gradually increase the quantity .
