Dear ma’am, you can give thick multigrain porridge with one small banana, red rice puttu with brown Channa gravy, Palak dosa or beetroot idli with vegetable dal, vegetable cheese dosa with mint chutney, vegetable egg omelette, ridgegourd or beetroot chapathi with rajma masala etc

combination of grains and pulses with vegetables is healthy
you can give cheela, foods like idli with tomato peanut chutney, dhokla (fermented foods are healthy) ,
vermicelli
soya , vegetables or non veg cutlets
