boy 2.5 year old got allerergy consulted doctor already he said it might be viral infection , wht is it I can't understand, my boy had itching on this red rashes first he got 103 fever after taking antibiotics to fever he got this please explain.

A. good morning exactly from which the baby got allergy is difficult to say but it seems like a baby cot allergy and as a result of the child is also suffering from fever it is better to follow the doctor's advice
