SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl8 months agoA. Yes, bournvita will give weight supplement food, can be taken. But high calorific value, must be proactive and lose the calorific value with sparing more play time. You can add fruits which will give more energy in the form fibre and digestion strength.
