both my twins 3yr old vomit food after giving syrups .. even though I have changed flavours of paracetamol and also cough syrup they vomit...kindly suggest

Don’t give it after food if you want to give it after food then give it after at least one hour let the food get digested and if you have to give the medicine then give some biscuit or something which is like a munch and then you give medicine after 15 to 20 minutes that would be a better choice for tummy sometimes the kids are going to vomit the medicine that you give or add some honey in the medicine to make it sweet
