A. For your baby you can use mamaearth baby body wash and for tanning you can use little besan, add turmeric , milk and lemon and wash that area with this paste.

A. You can try using Himalaya baby wash body wash that is going to help but to deep and the body of the child you have to look for some home remedies that is what is going to help because these body washes are just going to clean the upper skin of the child
