A. Hello to reduce your weight you should walk regularly and do yoga and exercise. Avoid junk foods, processed foods, sweets, refined foods, carbonated beverages. Don’t skip any meals. Eat small amounts of foods frequently. Take fruits salad before breakfast and vegetables salad before lunch and dinner.
