as it is not permanent teeth , as such no need to worry about it much.
but better to visit your dentist for once.
give Healthy , calcium rich food like Ragi ,nuts ,dairy products etc more
avoid giving sticky and sugary food.
brush your child teeth using low flouride toothpaste like Babyhug toothgel twice in a day.
