Birth Weight 2.575 Kg After 1 month 24 days Weight 3.100 Kg. Baby is on Breastfeed only. Having Low weight gain I think. we are worried

Yash your child should be 1 kg kilogram more than the birthweight as of now your child is not gaining well it’s only 500 g at your child has gained a time of two months so I would recommend you to start giving formula feeding to the child which is what is going to be beneficial now
