A. Hello dear parent! Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Keep changing the menu so that the child will taste different foods and flavours. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Good luck and take care.
