Q.

Bf 1 chepathi with any curry, mrng snack 2 eggs, lunch rice with curd or any curry, evening snack daily 1 apple ,Nd night dinner any tiffen like dosa ,upma,Bambino, etc sometimes rice itself. Daily 1 time 240 ml milk with sugar. Some times other available fruits. is this sufficient for 2.6 yr Nd 13.4 kg weight boy ??

A. Hello mom the weight is good for his age you can give him now all usual family foods as well include dry fruits and nuts as well and also is instead of using refined white sugar you can opt for jaggery in the milk
