hello doctor, can I give spinach for lunch and 2 eggs as an evening snack for my baby? kindly suggest.

Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. yes you can give spinach for lunch but may be not 2 eggs. one egg is sufficient . you can give egg 2 to three times in a week. gradually increase the frequency. touch may also cause body hear. any new food shoykd be started in small quantity and gradually increase the frequency and quantity.
