best time to stop breastfeeding??..and hwo??

Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. you should ideally breastfeed the baby till completion of 2 years. more than that is not required. also it will take a couple of weeks atleast to completely stop from the time you decide to stop. stop daytime first and then at night. pacify the baby into eating or doing something else when it's time to drink. let him stay with other members of the family. keep him distracted.
