A. Hello good afternoon !! Milk rich in protein, calcium helps in muscle, Bones strength and weight gain. Along with milk other diary products curd,paneer,ghee, cheese, butter are supplements of milk. Also include dal(pulses),egg,soya for protein source; grains, millets, fruits and vegetables for calcium and other minerals.

A. Hello. if you're looking for a calcium supplement which is a substitute for milk then til/sesame seeds, curry leaves, ragi are good options.
