best food to give night so 1year old baby will sleep nicely

A. Hello give a heavy meal like oats porridge or ragi porridge with oats or ragi, milk or water, date puree , dry fruit powder of almond walnut cashews, ghee .giveitnat bedtime, it keeps baby full till morning
