Pradeep AgarwalFather of a 5 yr 11 m old child4 years agoA. Hello Mommy, Try with seasonal fruits in small quantity and keep rotating the dish served to your kid. 2 full meal, 2 small meal and milk 4 times a day with proper interval. Full meal can include dal rice, chapati sabzi, daliya, khichdi, whatever you takes in your full meals but should not to spicy and oily. Small meals may contain any snaking items fruits, idli, cookies, etc. try to give one fruit daily. Instead of regular water you can give any of the below in small quantity for taste and good health. fruit juice, barley, tender cocnut water, etc.
