prefer same food whatever you cook for your whole family..
also start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day
Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, for 13 months old baby you can give almost everything to eat that you prepare for your family members. Give soft roti dipped in curried veggies if baby is able to chew..also give Khichdi and Dalia with boiled and mashed green vegetables mixed in it. Also give custard with mashed fruits mixed in it, and ficus more in fruits. Give milk or formula milk.
