Q.

Being a parent of 9 month old baby girl I am very eager to know how much ghee should be given to her per day? Also I would like to ask should I feed her makhana and rajgura to her?

A. yes, you can give her rajgura n maikhana. give 1 tsf of ghee per day.. better to use home made ghee if possible. Ghee’ is a healthy source of fat and contains the all DHA..DHA has been deemed as necessary for brain development and growth.

A. hello you should be giving your child ghee well on the diet and you can give baby around 2 spoon of ghee in a day atleast which should be better and good for the growth of your child also and is rich in calcium and helps to strengthen baby bones and muscles
