before period I face calf muscle pain. pls suggest me what should I do this problem?

A. needs supplement. better to show to specialist always as they get the correct diagnosis. try to avoid self and extra medication that will only complicate this and create more damage to the child

A. You should consult your gynaecologist once regarding the same that is what is going to be helpful because sometime some women can have different different problems and pain during the timer for mensuration so it is better to check with your doctor one time
