Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can be given regarding this . so please consult yovfur doctor once. Ine general you should take a healthy diet for yourselff with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. There's no way to know for certain if you're pregnant before missing your period other than taking a home pregnancy test. Some women do experience symptoms such as fatigue and nausea. These could be PMS symptoms, however. If you still aren't sure you're pregnant after taking a home test, see a doctor.
