A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Eat more protein and fibre rich foods. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Be physically active as much as possible. Good luck and take care.
