before 7 days she take Albend syp after that her urine are reddish colour

Sometimes the urine colour change because of all these reasons so you should definitely not worry about it at all. But if your baby is active and taking proper meals on time then every thing is fine and nothing to worry about. You should just try to give daily routine food to your baby.
