bananas are good for babies? I have 1 year old baby girl and she likes bananas but doesn't like milk.

A. Hello dear parent! Yes, bananas are definitely good. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s diet. Try giving milk in cute Babyhug stainless steel glasses or Sippy cups. Good luck and take care.
