Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good evening !! Post delivery hairfall happens due to harmonal changes,low haemoglobin,stress... You can overcome this by having nutritional diet protein,calcium,iron rich foods - Fruits,vegetables,leafy greens,nuts ,seeds in regular diet. Use castor oil (mix coconut oil with castor oil 1:1 ratio) ,this helps in controlling hairfall,helps in hair growth,hair follicle strength.
