A. That can happen if you have had a C-section and symptoms it could be due to improper posture also so if you are facing much of a problem ask your doctor if you can start exercising associated with your back and also for a painkiller

A. Hello dear parent! Take your post natal supplements on time everyday till you continue to breastfeed. Keep Babyhug heating pad handy in such situations of pain. Consult your doctor for further advice on the same. Good luck and take care
