Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 10 m old boy1 Year agoA. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintainz hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment. clean the area withx soap and water

Sometimes these things can happen due to heat into the body so I’m just going to recommend you to apply Alamine lotion and try to give more of liquids to maintain hydration and cool into the body of the child which is what is going to be important important in this case
