A. Give lentils like moong Dal and urad Dal. Give fruits like a avocados, pears, bananas, mangoes, etc. Give chickpeas and green peas. Give brown rice and ragi.

A. Give whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee, butter, cheese, curd and home made paneer. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, almonds, cashew nuts, peanuts, pistachios and raisins. Give one boiled egg per day.
