keep temp check 6 hourly and give pcm if temp is more tgen 100 F.

Maam when you notice that the fever has come you should immediately give medicine and then you can repeat it again after six hours if you see the temperature is rising and you can give it again after six hours of the fever should subside mostly within 72 hours after giving the medicine
