ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. Aap abhi start kar sakte ho. Ek chawal k daane jitna bachon ka toothpaste use karen 3 saal ke age tak. 3 saal ke age k baad ek matar k daane jitna use karen.
