shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. yes mom it can be in this case antibiotic is given to the child so you need to complete the full course as prescribed by your doctor and make sure that child is taking adequate rest having plenty of liquids if possible make him do gargles with the salt water or give him warm water to drink
