A. Hi mom Give helathy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, chicken etc in ur baby's diet for weight gain. Height is genetic and depends on the height of the parents.
