Check the milestones gross,fine motor skills,speech and response while we talking or sounds around the baby,expressions like laughing ,giggling when they known persons,crying,fear while hearing sounds or scolding...response to small commands like come here,don't go,give... If all the milestones are fine and started speech no delay in reaching milestones and no red flags then no worries .
