ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom. You have to avoid wheat and products such as suji , bread , roti , Maida and products made with them as well also casein is basically present in milk and products
So you can opt for millets and instead of using animal milk opt for soya or other plant source milk such as almond or cashew milk
