Hi, it's totally normal for babies to cry before or after passing urine, the stretching of the bladder causes pain sensation that makes them cry, the pressure exerted while crying helps to pass urine. If there is poor weight gain or ballooning of skin in Male babies we need to rule out urinary tract infection.
