Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. it is important for you to know that the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns and by that pattern only the weight gain in child is seen.
it also depends upon the diet the child is taking.
so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the child requires any health supplements.
the child should be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amoount.
you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child.
you can go through many recipes for children in different flavour and taste for your child on firstcry
POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. Oatmeal cereal is wonderfully rich food that's easy to add to your baby's diet. To make it, blend plain oats cooked in water, adding water as needed to achieve a soupy texture. To make it heartier, cook and thin out the oatmeal with formula or breastmilk instead.
