Ma’am there is no such weight gain syrup to be given to the child if it was I think most of the mothers in today’s scenario would use it because kids really trouble them to eat but you first have to understand why the child is not eating the most common reason is the deficiency of iron and boredom of food so try to work on these things instead of giving a supplement
