S so what is the age of your child currently like how much time of pregnancy are you in that you have not stated but I would like to tell you that 3 kg on a standard and average weight for a child at the time of birth is good so if you are still left with your time in pregnancy eat more of proteins and better so that your child gain more weight right now it is excellent but it can be better than that
