Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. if the child is having black colour tongue it may be because of some medicines specially iron supplementation if you are giving or maybe because of some fungal infection sometimes needs proper evaluation

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. Maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing two eyes still if you see that the problem is persisting even after that days in that in that case you have to get it checked with your doctor on a personal level too has better clarity on that
