ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom make sure the clothes are appropriate as per the climate, and you take care of your diet and avoid sugary , fried and oily foods, have enough fluids as well too. avoid using caps on their head and keep them in a well ventilated room
