Baby suffering from stuffy nose and cold ,doctor prescribed kofarest pd ,sinarest af thrice a day,baby is sleepy waking up when hungry and again sleeping,is it the side effect should I stop giving medicine .Please reply it's urgent

Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are  usually associated .
Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine .
As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful .
Medicdines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used  in a proper dose  for 3-5 days as per thce symptoms .
Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

Give indirect steam inhalation 
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm 
Burp well after evey feeding by holding  your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
