NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello for babies less than 6 month the sleep cycle can vary e and as they grow you can try to set a routine so the child will get adapted to it and would be easy and even in the older kids it would be better to set a routine which would be helpful and good for the kid
